Happy Thanksgiving

I wanted to take a minute to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving. I am looking forward to a very pleasant day with friends and family. There will be 7 of us. My son surfaced on the telephone last night and is coming to dinner today. That will be very nice.

My husband brought me flowers last night - a lovely arrangement in a real pumpkin. So pretty. He also bought an apple pie! Blasphemous but I was only making pumpkin and pecan and we had to think of the 15 year old who is coming.

I've got lots of new recipes going on the table today. This should be interesting. I'll share later. Hopefully it all comes out delicious!
